Sunny Service is not responsive to any complaint issues. I purchased a split unit A/c from Cool Air Mechanical about three years ago and Sunny Service has now purchased that company. I had a service man from Sunny come to my house because the unit is making a strange noise. He said it could not be fixed. I asked why, he said it has a very delicate fan motor inside that would probably break if he opened the unit. Did excellent job with crew. Provided excellent service on installing HVAC,and attic installation. Very professional and friendly. Fast service knowledgeable, and respectful technicians.
Ray, from Sunny Service, repaired a small leak in master bath which later on could have become a major issue as the leak was in space behind cabinetry that had been removed because of a slab leak. He was very professional, patient and courteous in explaining what needed to be done to fix problem then showed me and explained what he had done. I’ve been working with Sunny Service for several months now because of slab leak and would recommend Ray/Sunny Service for any plumbing issues that might occur.
Matthew Bough (The service Tech) was above and beyond expectations. Even though I had my doubts after they took over Cool Air (which they sucked), Matthew proved me wrong and couldn't be happier with the service. For whatever it is worth, Thank You!!
