Professional on time, it was a pleasure to go through home Depot and get a representative who was not trying to hassle you.
Modifications went well, the scope was to install a new return line in the attic, remove & deactivate the return lines under the floor in our pier and beam home. Cutting the ceiling in a concrete and metal lath was not easy with a Sawzall but it got done and some cosmetic repairs were done. The old chase in the attic was deactivated but removal was structural issue for later work. Under the floor looks clean and neat with a few metal straps left. The light was left on but not an issue to turn it off.
