Get rid of Hancock. He is too powerful there and he could care less about his patients.
My mom was at SunnyRidge for two weeks. She was supposed to be there longer, but she had become so depressed while there, that I took her home. She said she would much rather die than ever go back there again. Since then, I have talked to other people who have had horrible experiences at SunnyRidge. I recently spoke with someone who actually works there and she admitted that patients do not get adequate care at this facility.
I work here at Sunny Ridge Rehabilitation Center. We are under new ownership, Monarch Healthcare Management. With that comes new and exciting changes!!
