Es un complejo de 4 deptos, muy cercano al mar. Hay 4 estacionamientos disponibles, uno por depto. El que alquilamos era chico, para 2 personas comodo. 3 o 4 para regañar. Ya que cuenta con un sofa en el pequeño comedor/cocina. Se ingresa por un pasillo algo estrecho e incomodo para bajar con equipaje.
