I am so dissatisfied. We were about to be new unit owners, when the owner decided to raise prices $40 to new owners, then said he was also going to start charging for water on all new owners. I don't blame the manager, he was just following orders. I guess I should be glad we found out what a thief the owner is before purchasing in there.

26 years of residence for 6 mo a year The people Are great, friendly and fun and management works to keep everyone happy. TRY IT YOU WILL LIME IT. LOTS GOING ON TO ENTERTAIN. MEALS AND GAMES ARE GOING ON EACH WEEK. COME ON DOWN!!!!’

very clean, perfect location, fair prices! only negative, too much gossip but if you keep to yourself and stay away from gosdipers and complainants it is just perfect!
It’s gated clean and friendly people always something going on very nice place highly recommended
Come January we will begin 27 years there and we love it. Very nice people that make any park. Much going on, cards church golf Trips away. Also many restaurants very close, mall across the street several strip malls with well known stores. Annual cruise if you choose. Best part is everyone is friendly.
