Phillip is always incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. I’ve been getting my glasses here for close to 15 years. As I try on new frames, Phillip would even adjust my current glasses so they fit better. Their service is fast, professional, and friendly. Always recommend 🙌
Went into enquire about cost of progressive lens. Told them I currently wearing lens from Costco & wanted something better. They quoted me an equivalent lens which is not what I wanted. Explained again I wanted a better lens with less distortion. Then went to their booklet and quoted a lens a bit better. Didn’t bother to show the level of distortion or ask my reasons for a better lens. Just gave me number. I guess they have too much business to deal with a customer who was willing to spend a little more.
My family and I have been going to Sunny Optical for many years. Great service. Professional and patient. They let you decide and provide you with options based on your facial features. Thank you Sunny Optical!
