I’ve been a loyal customer here for years, but my most recent couple of visits was incredibly disappointing. Instead of listening to what I asked for, the staff was overly pushy and pressured me into something I didn’t want. It felt less like service and more like being forced to buy products through constant begging, which was very uncomfortable. I’ve been going for years and they are very friendly. They do great nails and nice eyebrows, which I am very picky about! I would recommend this place to anyone.
I was recommended by my friend to go here. First time I visited, I just simply wanted to get regular manicure, but Sue insisted that I get gel polish because it last longer. I refused and she did pretty decent job on manicure. The second time I went there, again, she insisted that I get gel and I refused again. I was a bit disappointed because this time she did regular manicure so quickly, carelessly.
