I have been getting manicures and pedicures for over 40 years at various salons across the country. I must say that by far Sunny Nails & Spa is the best nail salon that I have ever used. Anna is not only an excellent nail expert but an extremely wonderful human being who takes care of all her customers with the utmost professionalism and respect. The best nail salon I have been to! Anna is the sweetest person and is great at her job. My nails always come out perfect and it is always such a nice experience.
Anna at Sunny Nails was so nice to my daughter and I during our pedicures and she was also kind to the other people in the salon. Very sweet person. Our nails turned out great. We will definitely be back.
I’ve tried to book an appointment three separate times for a fill and a gel pedicure, and each experience has been the same and extremely frustrating. Every time I call, I’m told there is no availability at all. I’ve attempted to book weeks in advance and even asked directly for upcoming availability so I could plan accordingly. Instead of offering dates or alternatives, I was simply told the technician is off Wednesdays and Thursdays she goes home early and that there is “nothing available,” followed by a quick apology.
