I went in, asked for my builder gel to be removed and a new builder gel set. He starts removing and asks why I don’t want a fill, I explained it to him, twice. So he starts taking off my old set. Did not remove all of the old set. And then, I pick out a color when I said I didn’t like opaque colors. I pick one that was told is not opaque. And then he does a coat of clear gel, two coats of this opaque, and a clear coat and says I’m done. He did all gel polish. No builder gel like I had asked for. I was in this salon. I didn't like it because the gel coating simply doesn't last more than five days (it separates from the nail), and they charge quite a bit for the work 🫣 and the same thing happened the second and third time. And when I came to remove it after 3-5 days, they charged another $25
Love this place! They always respect appointments. And do a great job even when I need to get out on time for work.
