Went to get our nails done today and asked for a specific set and showed a photo. The tech said she could do it and then proceeded to show me a demo and it was not what I wanted so I declined. I then asked for a specific ombré and she said she could do them. She rushed the manicure, didn’t do my cuticles properly and didn’t even clean my nails. I have been going to Sunny Nails for almost as long as they have been in my neighborhood for 12 years, and I've never been disappointed. The atmosphere is relaxing and not fussy, the staff is friendly and professional. The manicures and pedicures are the best with all the little extra, hot stones and warm towels. If you're as picky as I am about a good coat of polish ask for Dan, he's a perfectionist!

Been a few times here for pedi and mani - pretty good until last weekend went with my friend for a pedi she was here visiting , within a few days mine peeled like wet glue , one of my nails was also split as well , I went back for them to redo , quick look and it was oh not set right under light -no apology , she redid it but was so rude ! Not a good customer service attitude , won’t be back !

I had a great experience at this nail salon! The salon was clean, relaxing, and well organized, which made me feel comfortable right away. The staff were friendly, professional, and really took their time to make sure everything was done perfectly. My nails turned out exactly how I wanted—neat, detailed, and long-lasting. I also appreciated how attentive they were to hygiene and customer comfort. Overall, the service exceeded my expectations, and I’ll definitely be coming back and recommending this place to friends.
