I stepped inside, every employee glanced up, none offered a hello, so I broke the ice myself. The pedicure felt harsh, left me with a tiny cut; the moment I muttered "ow" they swapped into Mandarin among themselves, ignoring me. Please do not go here if you want your eyebrows waxed by the taller, skinny lady with a short Bob. I got my eyebrows done and she completely took off my top arch and make my beautiful eyebrows straight and thin. I talked to another girl who had the same thing done by the same lady. For nails I love going here but I will never get my eyebrows waxed here again because they were ruined
I took my mom for a manicure and sadly she barely received one due to intense rushing. No skin care, one coat of polish, barely 10min. It was clear they were completing her manicure quick to get to the next. Very disappointing when I wanted to do something nice for her. We left before my manicure started.
I’m a bit disappointed in my nails, I have been going here for over 2 years now after switching from Jay nails. I feel like for the money you pay on your nails you should get taken care of. I felt rushed and i’m not happy with my nails. My nails are lumpy, and for french nails, the french shouldn’t be half of the nails like a straight line, it should be curved and go down the side of the nail to give you an elegant classy look.
