I had a very disappointing experience at this salon. I went in for an acrylic removal, and the technician clearly did not seem to know what he was doing. He repeatedly hurt me with the drill, even burning my nails several times. I had to tell him multiple times that he was hurting me. The removal itself was also poorly done, as he left acrylic residue underneath several of my nails. On top of that, his oral hygiene appeared to be poor. I barely got the bare minimum!Starting off the water they have you soak your hands in was just that - water with nothing in it. Then he used a tiny, tiny speck of moisturizer for the 5 second hand massage I received. I asked for clear polish, and he brought out one bottle of top coat. I asked if I could get a base coat as well as a top coat, and the other guy there said something to him and he came back with a base coat, a very light pink polish, and a top coat.
