I have been a longtime client of Tracy . I love the atmosphere. The salon is very clean and the staff is friendly.
I brought my family in for a treat and it wasn’t a good experience. The technician who was doing my nails quit after he cut my finger with the electric file. I told him that he cut me and he became rude, even seemed very frustrated. Another technician was doing the pedicure and she quickly applied antiseptic and neosporin to my toe after cutting it too deeply. That was also painful. Ms. Hanna stepped in and everything got better. She did a great job on my nails.
