Been here for the last 3 years never paid my rent late. I got my dishwasher change an after they change it we started having rats coming in our apartment reported it over an over ask management to just change the baseboards around the counter so they can't get in they came to check it an never fix it. Quiet place
The manager team is horrible the place is horrible I don’t recommend this place to anyone, they never fix problems they never take accountability , the whole place is garbage , the management need to go to classes to know how to talk to people
The people here don't know how to put there trash in a dumpster or trash compactor having said that police and security should Enforce littering and charge them 500$ also the community should hire a security guard or the police to patrol the area and not let people throw garbage in the lake and everywhere else that is killing the ducks and other animals. Also alot sharp glass that has and is still hurting kids running around. What do we pay taxes for to sit back and live in a landfill?
