Nightmare scheduling experience. Confirmed a 9 AM Saturday service appointment via text. Arrived to find service department closed until 10 AM. No notice about changed hours. Then was told my advisor was 'out sick' with no backup. Waited 90 minutes just to check in. Later, they never called with updates as promised - I had to initiate every contact. Basic communication shouldn't require this much effort.
Let me say this, their prices, it would make more sense to buy a brand new car, because they are overpriced and take forever and a day to do the smallest thing
