My daughterand a friend delivered her car to this Ford dealership on a trailer in November weeks before thanksgiving to have a key made,,,an she had a key to open door an turn switch but wouldn't work ,well seems now the key is stuck an here it is December 30,,2024 & still haven't gotten her car back ,,we keep calling an the a lady we talk with keep saying we will call you ,,guess what no calls ,,I called today , Dec.30,,2024,no answer in service Dept....
