Bad experience with getting a fender fixed
Karen Lakey and the paint and body specialist here are absolute rock stars!! I drove over 2 hours from Chattanooga with two small children for a morning appt to fix issues with a new vehicle I just bought from the area. Karen is a go-getter, super attentive to the fine details, full of southern hospitality, and kept me updated multiple times during vehicle wait. I got my car done here after an accident, the paint job is ok, but thanks so much for getting paint on my headlights and REFUSING to fix it, and having the nerve to charge me to fix it
Paint correction was ok, but the fact that I had to take my car and get a full service detail because it was left in a complete disarray is beyond me.
