They cleaned the unit and left parts uncleaned, and later came back to finish the job, however, they also asked if I would be interested in doing duct cleaning and I said yes. I paid the deposit of $75, and then they didn’t do the job, and now I am forced to take them to small claims court because they started ignoring my messages to get the $75 back from them. It’s unfortunate because the original job was for $350 and now for some reason they want to commit fraud over $75 - doesn’t make any sense…
