Don’t go! The beaches are covered in seaweed! You have to wade out 6-8 ft to get past it floating in the water and another 8-10 ft laying on the sand! Discussing! If they valued their tourists they would get a tractor/rake and clean this!

Golden Shores Community Park was closed at 6:40pm today. The sign on the park clearly reads that the park closes at sunset (8:15pm). Today is a clear sunny day with no thunderstorms in sight, however residents were asked to leave the park early. We understand the desire of city workers to finish their Sunday shifts however we expect our parks to be open during posted hours.
This city is so clean and has fun events.
