After purchasing an rv elsewhere, sorry Sunny Island RV, I’ve been five weeks fighting with the store I bought it from for warranty work. I decided to take it elsewhere. Imagine my surprise when Sunny Island took me in arms wide open! They had my problem fixed first day they worked on it. No waiting two weeks for parts to be ordered! They were on the ball and have made a happy customer. Makes me sorry I bought on an impulse and not through Sunny Island!
Definitely give Sunny Island RV Sales & Service a call or stop in. They were extremely helpful and AWESOME during our pretty intense Holiday (Thanksgiving) drive across the Country. The service team helped all of us out on Thanksgiving evening/Day after AM -when everyone else was closed, or had no time for us. Not only did they help us, but they offered to DRIVE to us and make the required repair on the spot (and inspect for other possible issues)!! Was stuck in Shannon, Illinois with a slide out that wouldn’t retract and no one could be found to help me out. Called Sunny Island and Steve in service talked me through the process to manually get it in. If I hadn’t already had an appointment with the dealer I had purchased the trailer from, I would have taken it to Sunny Island. Would still recommend them to anyone in trouble. 5 stars
Extremely helpful!!! They went over and above in assisting us. Excellent service!!!
Fantastic service team! Fixed our camper in a timely manner, did a lot to get warranty items properly covered. We only had the camper a month before we had to get it serviced. These guys took the time to explain how various components of our camper worked and were 1,000 times more helpful than the dealer we originally bought our camper from. They were very patient with all of our questions and helped us hook the camper up when we picked it up. Will definitely be back for any future needs.
They're very straightforward, honest and definitely take care of their buyers. I absolutely recommend this place out of all the othes I went.
I just picked up my tent camper, just in time for Memorial Day weekend. thanks to the service team at Sunny Island!
