Sunny makes you feel very comfortable and explains everything thoroughly. I had a great experience with Sunny and have mentioned his name to many people as I was very happy with my experience.
Sunny did not seem to care about doing business with me. At first he was responsive to my pre-application and the initial documents I provided. However, his timeliness in getting back to me tapered off within a month. After providing him with the necessary financial information, he failed to provide any update on a mortgage I was looking for. I haven't spoken to him since and will find another mortgage broker in the region of Waterloo.
