Words cannot express how friendly and awesome Amy, Rebekah were from the moment we were "just looking" all the way through closing! They truly went above and beyond! The superintendent Corey was phenomenal with each walk through promising to be there for every need along the way! Which he has been! The entire staff at DR Horton from the lending officer to the notary made the purchase of our dream home, smooth, easy and seamless!
The homes were nice. However, it is a 50-plus minute drive to get there, and it needs major roads redone and the undeveloped lots are way to overgrown and a fire hazard
We recently moved from Grand Rapids, Michigan to Chipley Florida and bought a D. R. Horton home. It has been an excellent experience from the get-go. we are impressed with not only the craftsmanship in this home but the customer service that comes with it. Everyone we have dealt with during this process is not only professional, but efficient and thorough.
