Worest service they told me that my daughter had ear infection and covid and i toke her to the er and they did covid test and check her ears and she didnt have covid and no ear infection. Never again going there.
Everyone is so helpful and the wait time is not bad. The place also looks clean. Patient care is amazing and all my issues or questions are always addressed.
I had a very pleasant experience at the Sunnyhills Urgent Care when I went in for my knee issue. From the check in process with very attentive & kind admitting person, & MA, Jessica with very professional mannerism to NP, E. Kim with superior knowledge & confidence to treat my knee issue along with kindness & excellent focus, it was the best experience I've had so far.... Thank you for your great service!!!
