I normally do not leave reviews, but after the last two weeks, I feel like I need to warn others about my experience here. The receptionists were consistently rude and dismissive anytime I called needing simple help. On top of that, the psychiatrist was extremely late to multiple appointments to the point where I had to leave because I could not keep waiting. I only put a middle star because I waited at least two hours till meeting with psychiatrist. Other than that it’s a 5 star on professionalism, friendliness, helpful to those needing assistance, clean waiting room, organized (other than the waiting time factor). Psychiatrist helpful and attentive to my needs.
