Had a very bad experience living here spent a year paid Full rent as a deposit given a proper notice still never received my deposit back and the management is hard to reach for some maintenance work you have to keep on sending messages to get things done aweful experience would never recommend anyone to rent a property there.
Takes your application money and disconnects the phones. Did not respond to the BBB complaint. Avoid at all costs
I lived here for 2 yrs and only moving due to my granddaughter recent graduated from Kent State University and accepted a teaching position with another school district. Apartments are nice and the Management team is always there to resolved any issues or questions. The apartment complex is quiet, the patios and balcony give a view of green space and the surrounding area offers numerous options for shopping and restaurants near you.

Lived here for two years. The apartments themselves are alright (some are freshly renovated and some aren’t). Parking rules aren’t enforced, so the lots fill up with non-residents quickly. Management is pretty unresponsive and takes a while to respond to questions. We asked about the status of our security deposit, and instead of just telling us they used it for renovations to the apartment, they told us it was on the way and we would receive it soon.
