They offer rental assistance for those who qualify, and have an on site maintenance guy who is very helpful and a hard worker. There are entrances for little critters to get in but nothing too big. Bloxam Townhouses For the size of the apartment, you can't beat the price, especially in Clermont. Conveniently located next to downtown and major highways. Management and maintenance are slow to respond to requests.
