We have become infested with roaches and the property manager is doing nothing about it. I have been here for years and it was never a problem. I complained right away to stop the infestation but they moved very slowly getting things handled now we are pretty much infested. I am scared to sleep some nights because I don’t want roaches crawling in my ears. Do not move here until they have took care of their roach infestation.
Wouldn’t recommend especially if you have kids or just in general. This company or Julie the property manager scams people out of their money. It’s not meant to help you just to take! She loses documents you give and then states she never received them to charge you money. What is maintenance because nothing gets fixed around here and is just overall filthy place to live and even if you wanted something fixed you have to pay for it. This is the worst place to live if you are black and single parent the manager will harass you for no reason while all her white tenants live in there families with black men. She walks around find any reason to get in your personal business. She will ask who drives your car , she will stalk kids and say things like no Chalk or bike riding no fun at all for kids.
