Very pricey. Needs to be transparent with price. When I called the lady said the perm was about 200 dollars, after she finished the perm charged me over 350. Even when I asked after she saw the length of my hair, before she started she was very wishy washy about the price. My sister was there with me and asked her how much it would cost to get hair treatment but she would not say the price. Felt totally ripped off. Please be transparent with price to customers

I've been going here for 3 years now. My first visit was nerve-wracking. Sunny speaks very little English, I speak no Korean. Would she understand what I wanted. Took pics and hoped for the best. She laid my worries to rest. Sunny knows hair! I've never walked out dissatisfied or disappointed. It's a tiny little hole in the wall in Elkins Park but you will get top notch service. Showed the picture of which hair style wanted, but it seems there were misunderstandings. End up with huge disappointments. Nothing even close to how the picture shows. The Curly hairs start to becaome straight even at day 1 after the perm. Not recommended for people who do not speak Korean. Very hard to communicate with the hair stylist.
