If I could give a 0, I would! My flowers were not delivered on time despite paying an extra $5.99 to ensure it was delivered BEFORE the event! Plus, I could not contact anyone on the day for support. I left a call back number at 1pm and was not called back until 12:45pm the next day!!! Plus, I could not track my order. The confirmation order they gave me kept reading, "NOT FOUND". Honestly, I thought I was being scammed! Highly disappointing and very unprofessional. DO NOT USE!!! CAUTION!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
