I had a horrible experience with this florist. They lied to me, they delivered something COMPLETELY different than what was pictured, and their customer service is horrid.

Very disappointing experience. I ordered flowers for my wife’s birthday but realized I accidentally used our old address after we recently moved. I tried calling multiple times to fix it, waited on hold for 20 minutes, left my number, and never received a callback. When I finally reached someone days later, I was told the flowers had already been delivered and that proof would be sent within 24 hours.
