I had a wonderful experience at Sunny Eye Care in Quincy! From the moment we called, the customer service was outstanding. Reception specialist Duyen was awesome professional, polite, respectful, and incredibly helpful both on the phone and in person. My daughter came here for Ortho K. She's been wearing it for a year now. The doctor and staffs were all very knowledgeable and patient. At first my daughter had a hard time wearing the lens and she was sensitive to anything that comes close to her eyes. The staffs were all very patient with her and spent a lot of time teaching her how to wear the lens. The doctor also provided very good recommendations for eye care. Overall it was a good experience and will definitely recommend to friends and family.
My first time here . I would highly recommend Sunny Eye Care . From the staff at the front desk and the Dr herself, wonderful service. So friendly and warm.very knowledgeable about eye care and the front desk lady helped me picking my frames . A wonderful experience ,I'll definitely be back .
