The House was not cleaned, poor customer service. It was the worst experience for us and our family and completely ruined the occasion for everybody.(our friends rented with us)
Please look for another rental agency to rent a home. We rented this home through VRBO and were looking forward to our Vacation in FL. However, we did not make our final payment, due to Covid-19, and the current travel restrictions, knowing we would be unable to make the trip. VRBO has without hesitation reimbursed us our service fee, but this rental company will not give even a partial reimbursement of our initial payment. We rented a beautiful house (August 2018) and it was perfect. The rental agency was quick to respond, offered us good advice on the area (red tide problems). Nice experience!
