Best dental experience I've ever had, I enjoy going to this dental office, Starts with great smiles at the receptionist desk and the staff getting everything set up to see the dentist and your dentist are very professional and make sure you feel comfortable in each and every procedure. The dental work they did for me deserve's a 💯😁
If I could give ZERO stars I would! My child had a consult in March for braces. I called in April, May, and again in August. Each time I was told that my insurance never got back to them and they would resend the forms. After speaking with my insurance today (now Sept) I was informed that not a single piece of paperwork nor any x-rays were ever submitted to them! When I called and tried to speak with a manager, I was denied. WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND GOING HERE!!
The staff were very welcoming and made my first experience here a positive one. They were patient, attentive, and managed their time very well while assisting me. The level of customer service I received was exceptional, and I truly appreciated how helpful and accommodating everyone was throughout my visit.
Started braces here today. Great friendly staff and doctors. They explained everything and got me to a good start.
