I gave this place a 1 star, but they should get no stars. This is an awful apartment complex in carlsbad, do not rent here. The management is awful they pick who they want to follow the rules and who doesnt have to. I lived here for a short time, but they do not fix anything that is broken and use cheap labor to fix it with old parts. They dont follow the parking rules and allow anyone to park there without enforcement. You cant even park in front of your apartment due to anyone being able to park there.
