He Explains everything thoroughly.Before and after surgery helps put you at ease with his knowledge in professionalism. He's extremely good at his profession. Answers any questions you may have. He Called me a day after surgery.Personally to check up on me which I appreciated very much.I cannot recommend a better doctor if you need a shoulder or surgery or anything else that's in his field.
Getting a prescription refill normally takes 20 phone calls and an hour and a half wait time because he has no staff. The answering service is on 24/7 and you cannot reach the office. Getting a prescription refill takes anywhere from 2 to 7 days while you suffer in pain.
Dr. Cheung is an intelligent, thoughtful and caring doctor doing his best for my stubborn self. I have a lot of respect for him. He is the best at knee injections!!
