Update: I received a call to see if we had any issues with our pool or pipes after the cold weather, so they could prioritize any needed repairs for the upcoming week. The technicians who came for the pool service were fantastic, but the office communication could use some improvement. I had a scheduled appointment for a Friday, and I received a text confirmation the night before.
