I can't and won't say it enough. Dr. Safari and her team can't get ANY better on their overall demeanor with their patients. I can't ever recall a dull or disappointing moment for the whole 5 years I've been going here. Just like I'm going to get old with my husband, I'm going to get old with Dr. Safari and watch her young ladies that work for her grow into fine adults. Dr. Safari is extremely gentle and caring for her patients. She placed me in such a comfortable relationship with her and advices me on a very personable level. I feel like she is a sister or cousin giving me advice on how I should handle my dental treatments. Aside from being the best dentist to me, she has also became a very close friend throughout the years. I literally feel like I'm with family when I'm in her office. She did not plan my procedures with how to best use my insurance in mind, wasting the opportunity to complete more of what needed to be accomplished. Actually, she didn't seem to plan at all. She never even cleaned my teeth - even though it was supposed to have been done prior to getting my partial - which is as yellow and ugly as my uncleaned teeth. Then she had the nerve to yell at me and fire me as her patient because I cried! Painful, incomplete, and humiliating!
My daughter had a filling done. It still hurts 8 months later. And they still can't get the billing for it done correctly. My daughter has dual insurance and they are still fighting with the insurance company over the billing. I have spent several hours over the past 8 months trying to get this sorted out.
