We used Sunnon Property Management for several years. They charged us $189 per month and claimed they would check on the property regularly to make sure the tenants were taking care of it and would let us know if they didn't. When the tenants moved out there was $8200 in damages. We were never informed. Don't let yourself be taken advantage of!
