I have had an "off and on" working relationship with Diana Mazariegos over the last year or two, as I manage the HOA one of Sunnon's rental properties is located in, the Vineyards on Lake Wylie. So, whenever there is a change in tenants or assistance is needed we will communicate to resolve things together. It's hard to find good companies to work with while renting, but Sunnon was always helpful and made our move-out experience easy while we closed on our first home. While we lived in their property for 3+ years they were always prompt with maintenance requests and communication when required to the owner as well as the HOA in the community. Would definitely recommend to any one looking to rent to consider renting one of their properties!

Fabulous experience so far. I can't say enough great things about working with Remi! She helped us resolve an issue over the weekend even when the office was closed.
If you rent from them don’t expect a security deposit back. I’ve rented for over 15 years and this is the only place that has taken my entire security deposit even though we had the house professionally cleaned. They charged us 1500$ to have the house repainted because we had nails holes in the walls. Pretty wild how the cost of everything totaled up to exactly our 2500$ security deposit.
