Giving this two stars because management helps out with making sure you know how to pay the condo fees and getting the car passes. However, if you move here, they’ll give you the wrong information about the pool. There’s no actual “pool key” (we were informed there was and it was going to come to the mailbox), and they will still charge you full price condo fees for that month even after giving you the wrong information about the pool, so you have no knowing access to the pool unless you stop waiting for the imaginary pool k... read more
I've lived here since May of 2021. If you need maintenance done, there are maintenance requests that can be made through the HOA. There is no shortness of contractors available either. Siding was redone for the condominiums between 2023 and 2024. The parking lot was repaved in 2022-2023. The trash issue was addressed and the HOA partners with GFL to get FREE bulk items pickup. I have lived here for the past 6 years and I have to say it’s not a bad place to live. As far as the trash issue goes, that is an everywhere problem. Not just in Sunningdale Meadows. I blame that on the general public’s laziness. But anyways, that being said, not a bad neighborhood and a good place to live.
Terrible. From the trash situation (designed with no dumpsters) and limited to no trash cans from house to house to towing visitor cars. The people in the office are also all incompetent and make up the rules as they go. Don't live here
