RecommendedLove living here!! Beautiful apartments nice neighbors and lots of activities before stay home order. Office and repairs are the best!

Do NOT MOVE HERE .. They are renting out apts that sick seniors have moved out of due mold hidden in walls..Health hazard!

I lived here for 2 years and it’s absolutely the worst place. Elevators are continuously broken, they can’t keep maintenance help so nothing gets fixed, they can’t keep management either. They change the rules to what’s good for “current “ manager such as when they first opened they community room and exercise room was open 24 hours and someone was in office on Saturdays. Beautiful Senior Community. Amazing location in Shenandoah, Tx. You can lease an 2 bedroom quality apartment over 1000 square feet for less than $900!. Doing alot of improvements recently. I would and have recommended this community. Business Center\Library, Fitness Center, Gameroom with pool table, planned activities, and more. They come with washers and dryers. Garages and Storage room are available to lease also.
I have lived here for 9 months and something is always in disrepair. They run this place like a kindergarten. They advertise a club house, but it's only open when met. Is on site. Never told us club house/exercise room/pool tables etc. We're not open evenings and or weekends. We are not allowed grills, but apt grills are frequently out of propane. I've had issues with my apt. From day 1 that have never been addressed. ****They did not honor move in special rate, that I had the flyer for. And the problems continue.
