Company looks like a scam, they sent a packet (just like the person with the other review) to older friend of mine and don’t show any info or answer the phone when called. BEWARE!!!
Scammers alert!!! This company is somehow involved in scamming the elderly. Please beware. My aunt mysteriously received 2 knee braces from this company for no reason and no notice. I’m sure that her insurance company will be billed and any unpaid balance will be billed to her. I’ve tried calling the phone number listed 50 times in the last 4 days with nothing but a busy signal. It’s disgraceful when the most vulnerable get taken advantage of like our precious elderly relatives.
Excellent company. Owners and staff are very honest; they will go above and beyond for the customers/patients. Strongly recommend!
