I would highly recommend using someone else. Very poor service and follow up. When I bought my 25 solar panels from Sunlux I felt very confident in their service. As it turns out they just had a good salesman as you will read on the other review. It is all good when they are selling to you, but the servicing is highly disappointing and costly. Good leadership
Called multiple companies after the snow-pacolyspe of 2021. The sales person Mike walked me through the whole process. Gave me ideas for questions to ask the other solar companies and had a great presentation. The presentation alone was amazing. Once the process started, Bonnie T, my account /construction contact with Sunlux, it made every fear I've ever had about home updates and upgrades go away. I really appreciate their transparency with me on how the solar system works, benefits of having one, their warranties (DEFINITELY worth looking into) and their quick response.
