I had Sun Logix come to look at the job. I wish I hadn’t. The first bid they sent me was woefully incomplete. I asked twice more for detail and finally got it. They know my electrical is getting redone at the same time and that my panels are really funky. They sent someone out to take photos - and somehow that meant he thought he should push breakers. Though they have some very lovely ratings, the truth is you are not buying from Sunlogix but rather from Sunova, whose ratings are less than stellar. Look them up and read the them. One would think that if you're buying from a particular company, that it would be their sales team doing the selling. That is not the case. We were sold, by recommendation, by a lovely-looking and charismatic woman named Sandra. That's not who you are really buying from. I want to give a BIG SHOUT OUT to your entire team (Especially Vinny). No matter who was here every single person was polite, respectful, kind and personable. Different people would show up to lend a hand it was very much a team effort. Also, i wanted to recognize Christian for your customer service skills, you were quick to respond to me and to make things happen. I really appreciate it.

I reached out to Sunlogix and spoke with Glenn, the owner. He responded quickly and took immediate action. The level of customer service and attention to detail was beyond my expectations. It's rare to find a company that genuinely cares about its customers and follows through so efficiently. I'm very impressed with the support and care I received, and my solar system is now working perfectly again. Highly recommend Sunlogix for anyone looking for reliable and responsive solar service!
