WOW! Service above-and-beyond. We purchased a new Innova heat pump for our short term rental in Palm Springs 9 months ago. The older unit was on its last legs, and we were concerned about it going out when we had guests staying. Tech came out for HVAC tune-up. Air blowing out of register never got cold. Called company back & same tech told me I had a leak in system. He added refrigerant temporarily & said I need a new unit. I asked why he didnt notice leak @ 1st visit & asked if he measured the pressure of refrigerant that day. He said he was doing winter maintenance & did not check for leak or refrigerant pressure. I told him I was having unit tuned up for summer I do not recommend this company. I have spent $600.+ & now have to find a new company ... read more

Technician JUSTIN was FANTASTIC! My unit had several issues that required patience and perseverance. Thankfully, Justin was here with his EXPERT knowledge and diligence to finish the job. Sunlogix’s motto is “We stand behind every project with one team, and one commitment to our community.” That statement does not align with our experience. We paid Sunlogix in full to remove our solar panels for a roof replacement and reinstall them afterward. The panels were reinstalled incorrectly. Our solar provider has confirmed the system is not compliant, leaving us in breach of our solar contract through no fault of our own. I had solar panels installed on my home yesterday. The Sun Logic installation team was great. They arrived right on time and finished work that afternoon. This team was efficient, professional, and polite. Kudos to Danny and his sidekick- sorry, but I don’t remember his name. I also appreciated how promptly the installation was scheduled. Just a few days after we got the go ahead from IID.
