Wanted to get a wedding ring made from my mother and grandmother's ring. The owner, Diana, was so completely rude that i left in tears. I decided to turn around and go back to pick them up because i did not trust her. She nearly threw them at me. I talked to a lady in the front of the store with a horror story as well. DO NOT LET THIS HORRIBLE WOMAN RUIN YOUR EXPERIENCE! I went down the street to Trinity and they were fantastic!
I decided to go local for getting a very special necklace repaired and a ring resized. The person who helped me get everything settled gave me an estimate on the necklace and said someone would call me about an estimate on the ring. A couple of weeks later, I got a call saying my jewelry was ready. No one called me with an estimate for the ring, and the total price was much higher than I had ever anticipated.
