I had an overall decent experience with this team. They offered a fair price and were the only ones who had the specific panels I was looking for. The crew is made up of good people who clearly know how to get the project done. However, the coordination and communication need improvement. my issues with this company were eventually resolved.
Just purchased a home where this company installed and maintained the solar assembly for the previous owners. The transfer process has been a nightmare. The unit is still not reporting so we have no idea what the performance has been nor have we been able to take advantage of any energy production credits. They are largely unresponsive when I've followed up. All around disappointed.
Although they have competitive pricing, you can't get ahold of them after the quote. The hours are limited & they don't respond to emails/messages. They also have the lowest warranty of all the other solar companies that I received quotes. The upside is that at least they did this in the beginning. I can only imagine how stressful it would be if I had a warranty claim & they never answered
I had a good experience with Sunlight-To-The Rescue. Customer service, specifically Rebecca, was very good, responding to all of my questions. Good customer service is something that is less and less common these days.
