Hired them to keep my father-in-law fed (bfast & lunch) and disperse meds. Not too complicated. We went through 7 caregivers in 5 weeks. They would never show up on time and sometimes not at all. I was there every morning to ensure they showed up and retrain them over and over. My father in law ended up in the hospital because of poor nutrition and dehydration and eventually went to a nursing home. The 6th caregiver stole a credit card and spent $1,500 of his money from his account. So while the supervisors were ok at their ... read more
