SUNLIGHT PROPERTY MANAGEMENT HAS BEEN NOTHING SHORT OF AMAZING. AMY WAS ALWAYS SO KIND AND UNDERSTANDING. SHE GAVE US A CHANCE TO RENT A HOUSE THAT WAS NOT EVEN ON THE MARKET TO RENT. SHE HURRIED AND GOT A MASSIVE REMODEL DONE IN NO TIME. WHEN THE OWNER OF THE HOUSE PASSED AWAY AMY TOLD US THAT WE WOULD HAVE FIRST DIBS IF WE WANTED TO BUY IT, AND WELL WE DID. Amy and her crew are amazing. We rented from her for roughly 2 years. Maintenance requests were handled in a timely manner. Any information we should be aware of they were always on top of it with text messages or portal messages. Although we couldn't find another rental through Sunlight for what our needs are at the time we highly recommend them to anyone looking! Thank you guys for such an awesome rental experience!
