We moved here on March 1 2024. We are aware of the new rules and regulations and try to do our best to abide by the rules. We hope to have a pleasant stay until the day we move away. We don't intend on being here many years hoping to relocate someday.
Nice and quiet, very atmospheric
I love the atmosphere here. It's quiet there hasn't been any issues with management. The managers and maintenance are very helpful and very respectful. This is the first time I have lived on a property that cares and values tenants as community not just as tenants. Children are free to play outside. If you are looking for a nice place for family and something quiet. I recommend.
This place doesn't seem to care about it's people who live here. That's the way it's starting to feel!!!! You are lucky if you get to use the laundry room. They have problems w children being unattended Wich leads to the laundry room being locked the majority of the time esp on the weekends or when they are not in the office. The people who pay rent and keep our kids from running around alone and "destroying the property " as they say as a excuse to keep the laundry room locked! I don’t have a problem living in Sunlight Manor been here going on 4 1/2 years never have had a problem Management is great they always take time to listen and work with you. Maintenance is very good they stay on top of things. I love my apartment I call it my slice of Heaven I would tell anyone to take a chance on SM
