Service suck nobody never answer the phone
I love Claudine she is the best but the workers up front are very rude they put you on hold for 30 minutes and then hang up the phone in your face you can never get thru to speak with someone and if you do they have a attitude like they are doing our kids a favor our insurance pays for our kids to be well taken care of and it seems like the customer services has gotten worse so I think I am just going to go ahead and change my daughters doctor office to a more professional establishment were our phone calls get answered and ... read more
I want to start off by saying Dr.Zambrano was a good doctor and was always pleasant so this review is not about him but about his staff and how Dr. Zambrano and his office failed to provide some compassion and understanding for patients in an appropriate manner and timeframe. Yesterday I called in to make an appointment because my son was not well. Thankfully got an appointment with the PA.
