Great courteous staff and Romina is fantastic!
Dr Caruso is an excellent family physician whose friendly, disarming personality makes for a wonderful “bedside manner”. I rate him 5-stars! His office staff however is often not very responsive and can be difficult to deal with. I must also say when I’ve had a clearly urgent need, they responded quickly to get me a prescription to Florida drug store on a Friday afternoon….thanks Marlene!!!
I’m my brothers POA and I’ve requested his medical records on 3 different occasions and they have yet to acknowledge or send Requested records. They have my California Durable POA on record. They need to be more responsive!
