This company is HORRIBLE!!! You pay a premium for benefits they do not want let you use! Paperwork never ends and they drag their feet reviewing it. STEER CLEAR!
This is a terrible company. Recently I had a heart attack at the age of 39. It was a miracle I survived. Initially, signing up was very simple and easy. The paperwork was taxing, But made sure I sent things in a timely manner. As early as I could with the condition i've had. I do not have a fax machine. I would have to ride my bike to the nearest fax machine, which was located at my internet provider. Multiple times by multiple different associates I was told inadequate, non factual information.
